User Guides

You can find user guides for S-cool Area Prospectus, Application Process, Plan-it and Work Experience here. A username and password provided by S-cool Support are required to access the user guides.

Support Escalation Path

If you have a support request for an S-cool product (to report a bug for example) you can either email Client Support at support@s-cool.com or call 0117 370 7000 and select option 1. The diagram below outlines how your request will be handled.
