    Theodore is the founder of S-cool Limited and has overall responsibility for the S-cool Group's strategic direction. Italian by birth, Theodore moved to the UK to study at the University of Bristol. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having worked with KPMG as an auditor and later as an IT consultant.

    Judge is one of the founding directors of S-cool Limited. He takes a leading strategic role in Project Management and Business Consultancy. Having studied Physics at The University of Birmingham, Judge has worked with KPMG and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

    Nick is one of the founding directors of S-cool Limited. He takes a leading strategic role in Educational Consultancy and Product Development. Nick is a former teacher and Head of Department with a background in Aerospace Engineering and project management.

    Chris Rogan

    Chris is Managing Director of ItsGenie, the employer-facing division of S-cool. Chris has worked at a senior level in the private and public sectors. He has supported various leadership teams to develop and implement performance improvement strategies and has designed the ItsGenie People Performance Management solution.
