For Learners
Learners see a full range of work experience opportunities available in their area, giving them greater choice over what they do for work experience. They then use the system to apply to placements online and are regularly updated on the progress of their applications.
For Education Business Partnerships (EBPs)
EBPs can take control of all employer and placement information including learner search criteria. The EBP Health & Safety (H&S) team manage H&S requests centrally, with requests being automatically generated through the system.
For Providers
Providers use the Administrator site to monitor and report on the progress of work experience applications, helping them support their learners effectively. Essential paperwork is automatically generated reducing the administrative burden.
For Employers
Employers use S-cool Work Experience to give detailed descriptions of what their work placements involve so that learners will have clear expectations of what they will be doing and what will be expected of them.
